The hotel is just right next to the train station, it made to and from other cities very convenient. Staff are attentive and eager to help. Room is clean and has everything you need.

Recently stayed 2 nights at the Miyako. Check in and check out was pleasant and efficient. Our room was fantastic corner room. Bedding and pillows all good and shower was great. Over the road from Hakata station is an ideal location, and I won’t forget the amazing staff at the Starbucks next door. One of the friendliest I’ve been too. This was my 3td stay here and hopefully not my last.

This is a wonderful hotel - spotless and the rooms are very spacious. The staff are extremely welcoming and warm.

Great atmosphere with a Japanese style garden at the front of the hotel. Complimentary snacks and drinks. Very clean and very spacious for Japanese standards. Will be coming back!

Very cleaned and spacious room. My room could see Kumamoto Castle. Shopping mall right below and shopping street just opposite. Guest parking just across the street.

We had booked a king room non smoking which was big enough for our needs. We found this hotel extremely good. The staff on reception were very helpful. It is in an ideal position to explore the city with a tram stop close by. It has a free separate Men & Women Sauna & Bath for hotel guests which I found very clean when I used it. The breakfast area was spacious enough even when it was busy. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked a standard double room with 1 queen bed in a non smoking room, this hotel is in a great location with Hakata station being a 5 minute walk away making it easy to get to other destinations. The room had a well designed layout, excellent powerful shower, and there was plenty of room in the breakfast area which had a noodle station. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. An excellent hotel and I would stay here again.

Staff were awesome very helpful , only thing l would like to have seen was more offering in the bread 🍞 selection it was very small
