"It was a great hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern. The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and professional. One issue is that the shower/bath design is quite weird. It is very slippery, especially when getting in or out. I actually fell and bruised my arm when trying to get out of it during my first night. However, all the positives of this hotel make up for it, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing place to stay in Myeongdong. Close to metro line, high end shopping, food carts, lots of beauty stores. Everything is walkable. The hotel is incredible. Staff, rooms, buffet, executive lounge. We had an amazing time and stay. Will stay again!"

"Thank you, Hotel JAK team. I had a pleasant stay there. The bedsheets and towels were clean, and the location is perfect. I felt at home and very warm there. There are many local restaurants nearby with delicious food, and it is also close to the train stations. The only small downside is that the shower water temperature sometimes becomes too hot or too cold. But for me, it was not a problem at all. However, for those who bring young kids, it might be better to check the water temperature before showering. I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Seoul. Thank you again ❤️"

"The property is in the heart of seoul and is minutes away from Namdaemun market, Myeongdong, the hanbok villlages, multiple temples and shrines, and more restaurants than you could eat at in a lifetime. The property has a well kept gym and spa facility, along with very friendly staff. Ubers and taxis may have a bit of trouble locating the front and often drop you off in the back of the property. "
