Excellent location with a lot of dining and shopping options. Walking distance to many historical and tourist attractions. Excellent customer service. Only complaint is the room is a bit small but anyway good for the price. I recommend it.

The hotel is perfect for a great stay at Seoul, there are a lot of restaurants of all kind of food around the hotel, we even found some vegetarian dishes, also there are a lot of friendly bars and things to do around Stayz 437. You can ride the limousine bus directly to the Incheon Airport, it’s a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The staff is VERY kind and helpful, the room was a 10, the service was a 10 and the location was a 10. Thanks Stayz 437.

Lovely team and friendly when needed help. Amenities very handy - washer/dryer, coffee/tea/water and snacks to fuel up.
Small. Nice and tidy.
Wet room style. Shower head sits above the bathroom. When on the toilet and sink get wet so be sure to close the toilet lid, remove rubbish bin and toilet paper is within the holder. Also toilet paper access is slightly behind the toilet to reach it.
Tidy, but note with my large suitcase it did not fit in shelf.
Note power has round inserts so my international multiplies didn’t fit so could only use the cables they supplied

Really great experience. Nice and quiet when you get back to the room but in a bustling fun area. Close to a lot of amazing things. Owners were so nice and friendly. Kitchen was good!

Super cute guest house has everything you need. Walkable to most palaces, museums and trails. The surrounding area is full of fantastic restaurants and street food. Staff is super kind and helpful, they made a spectacular trip even better.

It’s a fine room if you only plan to sleep there. Good location. Towels smelled of mildew, dirty handprints on the walls, and walls are paper thin so you can truly hear every move made by people in the property.

Hotel is super centrally located and within walking distance (within 30 minutes) of pretty much everything to see during a quick trip to Seoul. Room was very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable. Although the room was tiny and the view out of the window in the room was nonexistent (the window looked out onto another building about 1 metre away) we would absolutely stay here again. If you are looking for a fancy room and a hotel with lots of frills and amenities, this isn't for you. If you want a clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, very central location and very reasonable price, then this is your hotel.

Good: - Staff were very helpful when available. - amenities like laundry, kitchen, ice, hot water, umbrellas were available to use. - check in and check out was easy. Bad: - this was more like a guest house than a hotel. - rooms were a bit cramped and a lot of items were self serve - room cleaning was not done very well
