Well located, quiet and spacious. It was great having a washer and a kitchen since I was there for 2 weeks. While the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the ac was full of dust (I had to take the filter out to clean it) and the room could’ve done with a deep clean. It is unstaffed so didn’t speak with anyone. Bed was one of the hardest I’ve slept on in 20 years of travelling in Asia.

This property was close to public transport and only one train stop before Kyoto. The room was quite roomy for a hotel but there was no room service. Towels not changed and the bed was quite hard. On a plus, there were some lovely restaurants in the area.

Very comfortable ideal location Kyoto

Comfortable beds, small apartment with big fridge microwave and washing facilities. 3 minute walk to Tofukuji station with direct JR services to Nara, Inari and Kyoto (2 minutes away one stop) highly recommended would stay again.

Great location and AC/fridge accessible, but “okay” stay at best. Cleanliness was not great and there were insect issues - we did not open the windows at all. The washer door sensor is broken so washing clothes was not convenient.

The apartment was just like the one I lived in during my year abroad in Japan. It was a nice size with a beautiful balcony overlooking the River. The bath had a tv in it! Laundry was free.

Prima locatie! Slechts op 2 metrohaltes verwijderd van Fushimi Inari Taisha en Gion-Shi. Met hoge zomerse temperaturen ramen en rolluiken dicht gehouden (treingeluid nagenoeg daardoor niet gehoord). Aanwezige airco was top (was alleen bij aankomst uit en rolluiken en gordijnen waren open, waardoor het lang duurde voordat de ruimte gekoeld was). Bad-douche met mini-tv is fijn. 3e bed is sofa en niet aan te bevelen als bed. Beperkte ruimte is efficiënt ingericht. Genoeg kastruimte. Wasmachine en wasmiddel is aanwezig. Afvoer in benedenkastje ruikt bedompt, maar het helpt wanneer de kraan even wordt opengezet. Grote koelkast met vriesvak. Supermarkten om de hoek, vlak over het spoor. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

洗濯機

洗濯機の蓋が壊れて(外れるこわれ)いるが、そのまま使えますとの表示がしてあった。普通に使用できたこともあったが、1回エラーが出た。"蓋が外れている"というエラー。 蓋を開閉したら治った場合もあったが、ダメなパターンもあった。(一度電源を切って選択し直さなければいけない) 使えないことはない洗濯機だと思うが、できれば入れ替えを検討してほしいです。 ホテル自体はすばらしかった！また泊まりたいと思いました！

Superbe hébergement

Superbe séjour. L'emplacement est parfait sur le bord de la rivière et à distance de marche de Fushimi inari. À quelques pas de la gare mais super calme. L'hébergement est comme un petit appartement avec beaucoup d'espace, une rareté au Japon.
