"Everything was fantastic a out this hotel, we would highly recommend. We stayed as a family of 5 - 2 adults, 1 elementary aged child and 2 under five years old.
The hotel is literal steps away from the Metro and JR station, convince stores all around and a lots of food and shopping options around the hotel too!
Check in was a breeze, staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean. The public bath was great and really added to an extra special experience at the hotel. The hotel is registered in Yamato luggage forwarding services.
There was coin operated laundry machines on site but was often being used. The laundry machines in Japan don't typically dry heavier fabric clothes, so it might take 2-3 dry cycles to finish a load. There are laundromats close by that have bigger capacity if you are in a real pinch.
There is also a guest lounge with free coffee and teas. There is also an on site resteraunt that we never ended eating at."
