Staff member greeted us at our Machiya and showed us how to operate things which was very helpful. Machiya was really nice and they provided everything we needed for our stay. A lot of dining and sights to see within walking distance.

Only down was that you have no access to garden, which was actually one of the main reasons I made my booking there. It was a bit frustrating, there could be some fresh air from garden. It’s more like an glass exhibition.
