Great accomodation for a family - with facilities like bench top stove, cutlery, washing machine etc. Walkable to the station (~5 mts) . Overall was an enjoyable stay for our family.

The apartment is really comfortable and spacious, even with three extra large suitcases. I truly enjoy staying here, and if I ever visit Kyoto again, I would definitely stay here again. The place was extremely clean and check-in was easy.

This aparthotel is great. It’s a perfect place for 2 adults and maybe 2 small children. We had four adults so it was a little bit tight. Another thing I wish they would have is a dryer function on the washing machine.

This hotel was amazing!!! Me and the boys stayed at the hotel for 15 whole days. Throughout the entire stay, we had absolutely no complaints. Very clean and modern. The area was very central with close proximity to amenities, shops and the train station (and bussy stop). Very spacious and more than enough for me the 3 boys.

Nice and comfy bed

The service apartment overall looks good. It’s easy to check-in, just make sure to check emails and enter all the requested information before head. The bed is very big and comfy. The room is with very comfy bathtub. With also a little pantry which you will find what you need. One little downside of the room is that there was a smell from the pantry sink which we found better after we cover it with a plate. The location is very convenient, and it got lots of local restaurants and good cafes within few minute distances.

The geographical location is relatively convenient。 The hygiene environment is not good, and the mattress is actually smelly with dirty marks, which is disgusting. There is dust on the table, and the kitchen utensils are greasy. No supplies such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided.

This property is in a good location, easy walking access to the main shopping district and close to subway. Unfortunately for our family of four it was very small. The two double/queen size beds are pushed together and there is very limited space around the beds to move and for luggage. There is a small table which can be expanded to sit four people but then there is zero room to move. There is a washing machine but no dryer and no space to hang clothes where they will dry. The sink in the toilet looked like it had never been cleaned. All of our other accommodation across Japan was significantly better than this property. I would not stay here again. The price for the space is too expensive in my opinion.

The property is near Shijo subway & bus-stop. A Family mart is a few metres away. The hotel is well equipped with washing & cooking facilities. Instructions given on how to use them are clearly stated. It is spacious for the three of us. Will definitely return to stay at the hotel again if I am going to Kyoto in future.
