    A 98m2 Kyomachiya built about 90 years ago has been renovated and can accommodate up to 9 people
    You can spend comfortably by installing earthquakeresistant construction heat insulating material paired glass etc
    The first floor is a large table where you can eat and a garden that you can see from the Japanesestyle room
    There are 9 tatami mats and 6 tatami mats on the 2nd floor / In the Taisho era the 97 m2 Kyomachiya which was built about 90 years ago has been renovated with seismic retrofitting floor heating heat insulating materials paired glass etc so that everyone can spend their time comfortably

【宿泊したのは年末年始です】

【宿泊したのは年末年始です】 京都駅からも徒歩でのアプローチが可能。（10分強） 冬の京都は寒いが、当物件は一階のダイニングリおよびリビング和室（畳）に床暖房が備え付けてあるため、問題なし。（特に畳の床暖はとても居心地が良い） お風呂も通常の家屋並みに広く、浴室乾燥設備も付いているし、洗濯機も乾燥対応の縦型洗濯機のため、着替えは最小限で問題なし。 着替えが必要になっても、京都駅前のヨドバシカメラのビルまで戻れば（10分弱）ユニクロがあるため、問題なし。（ちなみにこのビルにはスーパーも100均もあるため、便利この上ない） なお、京都駅側ではなく、五条駅方面に向かってもスーパーと100均が存在する。 あえて課題を上げるとすれば、二点。 1）入口はテンキー方式の電子ロックだが、中から確実に閉めるためのチェーンが欲しい。 2）大通りから内側に入っているので、タクシーを捕まえるのは、やや難。（徒歩3分の東本願寺前まで行けば捕まえられる）
