"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Room was fantastic and the private onsen terrific.
Set dinner experience was great too and they were able to cater for my wife’s gluten allergy, which some other ryokans we checked would not.
Staff were great too!"
"There’s one good reason to stay at Tokyu Stay: The washer-dryer combo in every room. Everything else about a good hotel is also there: Clean room, professional and courteous staff, a solid breakfast buffet and being on a main thoroughfare in Kanazawa."
"Room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was the best we had in Japan. Happy hour was nice. The lounge was comfortable to relax in. Well situated for the sights of Kanazawa and an easy 20 min walk to the station. "
"The toilets. As tourists from America were not used to the toilets and we found that to be pretty fascinating even though it's common for you guys throughout Japan. We appreciate it. The cleanliness room service was good. Breakfast was different from what we're used to eating but it was nice. It was healthy. It was fresh and convenient"
"Check in was very smooth and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Although they do not have a on premise carpark area, you can park in a multi level carpark that is connected to the hotel with a special 24 hr rate of 1500 yen. Very convenient. Also, easy to get food as it is just opposite the train station."
