The experience of staying this historical hotel is amazing, the staffed are polite and helpful from check in to check out. The public onsen is spacious and comfortable. The fusion food are creative but under average. My room type with an onsen inside also, the garden view is good

今回、結婚30周年で利用させていただきました。部屋も広く館内も清潔で気持ち良かったです。食事は地物がふんだんに使われており、少量多種で非常に満足しました。温泉は早い時間の利用だったせいかほぼ貸切の状態でのんびりつかることが出来ました。また、スタッフも会うたびに挨拶があり対応も丁寧でした。帰りには玄関先で女将さんとの記念撮影にも応じてくださり記念になりました。 次回福井に来る時があればまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

今回は義母の米寿のお祝いを目的に、義妹の家族と９合計９名で宿泊をしました。　事前にこの件を伝えていました。 それを配慮して頂いたのか、食事の部屋はとても広くて天井に絵が描かれたとても素晴らしく貸し切りになっていました。料理の内容も普通より多分凝った内容でとても美味しかったです。途中、女将様から米寿のお祝いを直接頂くというサプライスもあり、おもてなしの面ではとても素晴らしかったです。 しかし、残念な点があります。担当していただいた仲井さんが部屋の中や給仕中によく咳をしていました。 マスクをしていましたが、このご時世なのでとても心配です。　もちろん灰屋さんでお客様の入館時と同様、体温検査、体調検査をされているでしょうから安全と思いますが、少し不安が残りました。　事前にＯＯなので咳がだますがご心配なくとの説明が欲しかった。 総合的にその点が無ければ、満足できる旅館と思います。

丁寧な対応の老舗旅館

電話での対応も親切で、丁寧な接客、清潔で快適な空間の老舗旅館。フロントはもちろん、中居さんの対応も気持ちの良いもので、素敵な時間が過ごせました。お風呂は広々としていて、岩盤浴でリラックス出来ました。アメニティも揃っています。のんびりしたい時にまた訪ねたいです。

眺めサービス良かった

部屋は眺めがよかったです。禁煙の部屋が無くて事前に消臭をお願いしました。空気清浄器もあり全然たばこのにおいがなく快適に過ごせました。ただ、加湿するためタンクの水を入れようと中を見たらカビがついてたので止めました。部屋食は料理もおいしかったので満足しました。色々r帰りは従業員で送ってくださったので良かったですが、早く出発しないとと少し焦りました。

創業が古い割にはお部屋にコンセントの数も多く、お部屋は清潔でメンテナンスも行き届いていると思いました。ドライヤーがイオンドライヤーで無かったことだけが残念でした。 しかし、今時部屋食で仲居さんも楽しい方でしたし、観光についての質問にフロントの方もいろいろ調べてくださり、JR芦原温泉駅まで送っていただいたり、その後、観光協会に預けた荷物の事でも連絡をしていただいたりで、機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います。

総合的には満足です

まず、部屋が想像以上に広くてびっくり。 子供が喜んで走り回ってました。 ただ、上の階の人の足音が結構響いていたので、迷惑掛けたと反省。 お風呂はまぁまぁ、食事は満足できる内容でしたが、小学生の息子の食事がちょっと貧相だったかな？ あと、テレビが３つのチャンネルしかないことと、wifi環境が弱かったので、長い時間を潰すのはちょっと苦労しそうでした。
