"The breakfast was great and onsen experience was good. We booked a room for four, but only provided robes and towels for three. The front desk was not happy using Google Translate and mocked the fact we did not speak Japanese. "

Staff were friendly - used Google translate as there were not many western travellers. Amazing Onsens - all gender seperate apart from private but open 24 hours. Food was great - and a shop for snacks, souvenirs and drinks. Great for winding down and experiencing the snow and small field close by."
