"This hotel was quite frustrating. First of all I will say the only amazing thing about the hotel was the pool. The pool is great and beautiful, however there are many downfalls which negate how great the pool is. First of all if you need wifi on your trip, this is not the place to go. The wifi doesn’t reach any of the rooms, they had pool wifi then made it for staff only, and the only area to use the wifi is in the lobby where it’s loud. I miss getting wifi when I wake up in the morning, but...

"I was shocked when found there is no hot water for taking shower during my stay , staff told me that due to rain we are not able to provide however next three hours later you can use , Where in the world you are taking hotel room and there is no hot water , we are in in pandemic days and no hot water Running business for hospitality has to be there with professionalism otherwise by cutting staff and not giving need of your guest shouldn’t be excuses "

"I paid BB but the breakfast was served at 9 am normally it should begin at 8am so I had to leave hotel before breakfast The photos of expedia was not correct for example the outside of the hotel was red and new looking in the advertisement but in reality it was white the hotel was old looking the rooms were very old and not confortable the hotel does not deserve two star it was like hostel finally the hotel was not customer friendly the only positive thing is its location "
