Sandra en Selcuk zijn geweldige gastheren. Ze hebben mij heel goed ontvangen tijdens mijn verblijf. Een schone en aangename omgeving met op het terraswaar het ontbijt wordt geserveerd een mooi zicht over de stad Kusadasi. Sandra die dit pension al 23 jaar uitbaat is afkomstig uit Australië en had meer dan een luisterd oor voor mijn probleem hier in Turkije ze heeft veel empathie en heeft me voorstellen gedaan om me te helpen in mijn precaire situatie. Iedereen die tijd wil doorbrengen in een vriendelijke en warme omgeving, moet op een dag naar de plek van deze mooie mensen gaan.

good time despite location

Very difficult to find in old streets of Kusadasi also because signage was non existent to the place Parking was an adventure in those little streets and we almost could not get out because of other cars parked without regard to other cars Sandra the owner was very nice and helpful in a situation we had Served an unexpectedly large breakfast and was very personable

Lovely place to stay in.

It was a very pleasant stay. Sandra is an amazing host. She provided me with a lot of suggestions. There place is clean, nad the view on the terrace is beautiful. There is a nice Pide & grills next to the guest house. I recommend you walk in the old town and go to the ladies beach.

Сандра - гостеприимная хозяйка! Встретила нас раньше положенного времени, угостила кофе. Очень красивый стиль оформления отеля, вкусные завтраки и замечательный вид с террасы на город, море, холм Ататюрк. Чувствуется отношение Сандры с душой и к отелю, и к гостям. Понравились уют и чистота в номере и отеле, а также удобное месторасположение - близко набережная, остановки долмуш, пешком можно дойти до Lady's Beach. Рекомендуем, вернулись бы ещё.

our stay was very good. Sandra was welcoming! She gave a lot of attention to our needs. she recommended a lovely seafood restaurant that we enjoyed. the breakfast was good and plentiful. the terrace from where we ate had an outstanding view throughout the day. at night the hillside shined gold from the reflection of the sun on the windows of the hills. it would have been easy to spend hours on the terrace overlooking the city and sea. it is along walk to get to the hotel because it is atop a hill. hence, the marvelous view from the terrace, but a taxi can be hired. we would definitely stay there again.

It was like home :)

Great location,less than 3 minutes walk to center of Kuşadası.Very clean and quiet.Breakfast is much better than most of the hotels.Has a great terrace you can watch the city and there is a kitchen,fridge and washing machine at the terrace which are for common use.You can feel free to make coffee or tea for yourself and enjoy the view.The host Sandra is very friendly and positive.Next time we go to Kuşadası,we will surely stay there.It was like home. Lokasyonu harika.Terasta mükemmel bir manzara var ve buzdolabı,mutfak,çamaşır makinesi misafirlerin kullanımına açık.Sandra işinde çok profesyonel ve çok arkadaş canlısı.Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğiz.

We had a lovely week here in October, Hotel is clean and well decorated (as described). Centrally located in Kusadasi and easy to get to beaches. We also had a day at Ephesus, with help and information from our lovely host, Sandra. We especially enjoyed breakfasts and evenings on the roof top terrace with panoramic views of Kusadasi. Highly recommended – we’ll be going back!

Good location

Good location to the waterfront and pedestrian streets. The hotel is very uphill so not for the faint of heart. No parking nearby. Be prepared to carry what you need uphill. Thankfully we have backpacks. Great owner who will greet you. Nice open air lounge upstairs. Wonderful breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean.

Tolle Lage.

Tolle Lage, ruhig am Berg gelegen und doch nur eine Minute vom Zentrum entfernt. Die große dachterasse ist wunderschön. Saubere aber kleine zimmer. Alles okay. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

El peor alojamiento en el que he estado. Suelo utilizar sitios económicos y este el peor. - Acceso subiendo dos empinadas cuestas adoquinadas de 15-20 metros cada una. - No tiene recepción, la dueña se encarga de todo, si no está hay que llamarla a su teléfono y esperar a que vuelva. - La utilización del aire acondicionado conlleva un suplemento de 5€ diarios. - Si quieres uso del baño después del check-out: 2€ - Las toallas viejas, ásperas y deshilachadas. - En el baño, la tubería de desagüe del wc del piso superior goteaba sobre nuestro wc. - El agua caliente es a través de un calentador con dos posiciones, no es regulable. - El desagüe no tragaba el agua de la ducha (no hay mampara ni cortina) por lo que el agua siempre se queda en todo el suelo del baño. - Goteras y humedades (posiblemente por el problema anterior). - El desayuno siempre el mismo: pan sin tostar, mantequilla (tarrina grande compartida), tomate, pepino, queso fresco y huevo duro. La comida sobrante de un día las almacena en condiciones poco higiénicas. - No dispone de TPV para pagos con tarjetas. Hay que pagar en efectivo y no te facilita un resguardo del pago. - El desayuno comienza a las 7:30, el penultimo día le informamos que al día siguiente saldríamos pronto y estaríamos desayunando a las 7:30. Apareció a las 7:45 y sin tener el desayuno preparado. Cosas buenas: - La conexión wifi. - Terraza en la habitación. - Nos cambió las toallas todos los días.

Ottima sistemazione a Kusadasi

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Hotel in posizione centrale ma fuori dalla confusione. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la strada principale. Il porto è a meno di 10 minuti a piedi. Camera piccola ma confortevole e fresca (in agosto non abbiamo avuto bisogno dell'aria condizionata) e dotata di un piccolo balcone. Il bagno è piccolo ma pulito. La proprietaria, Sandra, è una persona gentilissima che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa e ci ha aiutato in ogni modo (anche con il noleggio di uno scooter che ci è stato consegnato e ripreso direttamente all'hotel). La colazione turkish style viene consumata sulla bellissima terrazza con vista, nel più completo relax. E' vero che per raggiungere l'hotel è necessario percorrere una strada in salita, ma è un piccolissimo prezzo da pagare per potersi allontanare dal centro cittadino veramente caotico e poter godere di una bella vista ed un po' di tranquillità.

Rezervasyon yaptık, fakat otele gittiğimizde boş yer olmadığı belirtildi. Hafta-sonu konaklaması olduğu için biraz panik yaşadık fakat başka bir yer bulduk. Sistemde şöyle bir açık var demek ki; otel dolu olduğu halde rezervasyon yapabiliyor. Bu olmamalı......

Araç ile gidilirse tam bir kabus..

Otelin konumu yaya olarak uygun olmasına rağmen araç ile gittiğimiz için büyük sıkıntı çektik. Daha önceden telefonla aramış ve şanseseri açan kişi ile konuştuğumda (evet telefon genelde açılmıyor) otopark olmadığını ama otelin bulunduğu çıkmaz sokağın park için uygun olduğunu söyledi. Oteli navigasyon ile oldukça zorlandıktan sonra bulduğumuzda ise belirtilen yerin sadece motorsikletlerin park edebileceği genişlikte bir sokak olduğunu gördük. Araç ile sakın gitmeyin ama yaya olarak barlar sokağına oldukça yakın. Sahibe Sandra nazik ve iyi bir insan. Etrafı keşfedene kadar bir ya da iki gün kalınabilir. Ah bir de odalar arada bir temizlenseydi..
