Habitación todo en general en estado deteriorado. El lugar deja que desear con su apariencia en las fotos. Ustedes, Hotels.com notificaron RO, room only, cuando les habíamos pagado por adelantado habitación con desayuno buffet. Del desayuno buffet ni sabemos cómo podría ser ya que no disponían de desayuno buffet. Y el nuestro, muy escaso, a pesar de estar incluido al pagar la habitación como ya he mencionado, tuvimos que pagarlo nuevamente, ya que ustedes no atendieron a tiempo nuestra reclamación. Después de una semana seguimos esperando su contestación y por supuesto, el pago del mismo. A pesar de este inconveniente, el staff fue cordial. Espero de ustedes que la compensación se efectúe pronto.

Nasıl müşteri soğutulur.

Merhaba 2 gün önce ordaydım. Otelin konumu güzel kadınlar plajına yakın. Fakat oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Oda eski balkona çıkışta bulunan duvarın alt köşeşi rutubetlenmiş bir durumdaydı. Havuz tarafında aşırı gürültü var aile oteli diye geçiyor fakat eğer havuz başında eğlenenler varsa diğer odalarda kalanlar çocuğu olanlar hiç umurlarında değil. Ses konusunda rahatsız olduğumuzu belirttiğimizde de sadece hoparlör yönü değiştirildi. Eğer çocuğum olmasaydı o gece otelden ayrılacaktım. İşletmeci tavrı yüzünden. Sonunda resmen ne kadar ekmek o kadar köfte ye getirdi bi nevi işinize gelirse kardeşim. Tekrar edeyim konumu güzel ama ses geçirmeyecek kulaklık falan götürmenizi tavsiye ederim. Şimdi haklarını yemeyeyim banyoları tadilat görmüş. Bir daha gidermiyim ? Çadırda kalmayı tercih ederim.

Otel eski. Tek asansörü var ve 2kişilik. Bu sebeple genellikle merdiven kullanıyorsunuz. Geceleri uyuyan ailelerdenseniz bu otel size pek uymaz çünkü gece 2de 3de 4de otelde kalan turistler otele dönüyor ve maalesef gürültü yapıyorlar. Biz 1 çocuklu bir aileyiz, bizim tercih sebebimiz kadınlar denizine yakınlığı ve havuzu oldu. Bu iki kriter için tercih edilebilir. Plajdan otele yürürken sert bir yokuş çıkıyorsunuz. Yukarıdan manzarası güzel.

Güzel bir tatil

Odalar temiz. Mutfakta tüm malzemeler mevcut. Banyolar yenilenmiş. Mobilyalar biraz eski, Tv tüplü 90'lı yılları yaşıyorsunuz fakat fiyatı uygun. Deniz 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otel kantini ve restaurant fiyatları uygun. Kahvaltı açıkbüfe. Carrefoursa ve A101 yakın. Otel çalışanları güleryüzlü. Güzel 2 gün geçirdim. Teşekkürler :)

Rezervasyonumuzu yaptık ama otele gittiğimizde oda yok denildi. Gold üye olup daha önce yüzlerce rezervasyon yaptığım kredi kartından para çekemediklerini bahane edip bizi ortada bıraktılar. Ne bilgi veren oldu ne de yardımcı olan.

Pas de wifi dans les chambre ..pas de boisson de bienvenu comme indiqué dans le descriptif lors de la réservation…pas de climatisation dans les chambre il faut aller chercher la télécommande à l’accueil …olala une catastrophe cette hôtel. Le personnel a l’accueil était pas du tout agréable

Read before you go…

This hotel was quite frustrating. First of all I will say the only amazing thing about the hotel was the pool. The pool is great and beautiful, however there are many downfalls which negate how great the pool is. First of all if you need wifi on your trip, this is not the place to go. The wifi doesn’t reach any of the rooms, they had pool wifi then made it for staff only, and the only area to use the wifi is in the lobby where it’s loud. I miss getting wifi when I wake up in the morning, but instead I have to go downstairs to get wifi. We were really shocked, but when we left our laptop charger in the lobby and asked for it back that night, they tried to steal it from us. Saying theydidn’t have it. We finally after hours got the charger back from them, only because we said we would call the police as we knew they had it. They also wouldn’t let us see the security footage to show that they took it. That really shocked us a lot that they would do that. They clean the room everyday but don’t clean the kitchen, even though we booked an extra week and they said they would clean the kitchen but didn’t. The shower water is also sometimes cold and sometimes super hot, I waited 20 minutes once waiting for it to finally get hot enough to shower. As I said, the only good thing is the pool, but they close it at six pm and there are always loud kids in the pool as it’s a family hotel. Think before you stay here.

tecrübelerimiz

otel oldukça eski, şimdi göremeyeceğiniz 2 odalı ve mutfaklı bir tasarıma sahip. bu şekliyle dışardan yemek istemeyen, çocuklu ailelere uygun. banyoları yenilenmiş, odalar temiz ancak mobilyalar eski. otel 2 yönlü, bir tarafı deniz, bir tarafı havuz manzaralı. yatak kısmında priz yok, odada ise toplam 2 adet priz var. şampuan, duş jeli, sıvı sabun yok. televizyon 37 ekran tüplü. kaldığımız dönem sakin bir dönemdi, havuz kalabalık olmadı. otelin en güzel kısmı da havuzuyddu zaten. sivrisinekler için önleminizi almayı unutmayın. beklentiniz temiz oda, güzel havuz ise fiyat performans açısından çok güzel bir hotel. çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı.

Very dated place and not sure what 4star rating is

Place was ok in Fotos. But room was very dated like an old apt. Except for bathroom all was very old with a 13 inch tube tv. Pool closed while it was sun and hot outside. Walk to beach is close but not a nice walk unless you like downhill ruin steps . We managed but not a comfortable place. For the price use judgement and see where you accept some thing and some not. A.c. only in living room not bedroom. At night it's cool but sleeping with door open got me bites from unfriendly musquitos.

They sold me hotel room with wifi but they have wifi only public arean anf it is very weak, even you can make voice call on whatsapp. Hotel very durty, no one prefer to go to Tuntas hell hotel.
