I was thrilled to capture the special lighting of the Rhine Tower tonight. From what I hear it has been lit this way all week. It must be for the big weekend celebration upon which today is the start of this 3-day street festival called NRW Tag. It is a way to celebrate 70 yrs for NRW (North Rhine Westphalia) as a state with Duesseldorf as its capital. You can go up the tower and enjoy a meal in the revolving restaurant while taking in the view of beautiful Duesseldorf. #LoveMyTown
