"I’m from the U.S. but Tanani is our favorite place to stay in Kathmandu (Lalitpur). It is a very beautiful home designed by the owner and managed by the owner. I wouldn’t stay any where else when I come to Kathmandu. Even now, I still have communication with the owners, Shova and Dinesh. They are very friendly and courteous and treat everyone as welcomed guests in their home. It is very clean and well maintained! "

"数日前に予約したのに、それをスタッフが確認しておらず、着いたら1部屋しか用意してもらえなかった。信用出来ないので、次の日に新しい宿を探すことにし、2泊だけ泊まることにした。しかし、次の日も、アパートメントなのに、冷蔵庫もグラスも鍋も皿もゴミ箱もなく、キッチンと空の棚だけがあり、なんの意味もない。挙げ句の果てに、朝食を8時に頼んだが、8時20分になっても来ないので、受付に降りてゆくと、忙しかったけど今からやりますとのこと。来たのは8時40分。その食べたあとの皿は、夕方部屋に帰ってもテーブルの上に置いたまま。勿論、シーツもタオルもそのまま。追加のタオルを頼むと、無いとのこと。スタッフ全員がバイトみたいな若者で、英語も通じにくい、、、。ネパールでこの価格帯で合計200泊ぐらいしてますが、ここまで酷いのは、初めてです。 "
