Hotel - exceptional just very loud in the reception and restaurants due to overly loud music making it very difficult to hold conversations or hear the hotel staff. Lovely flautist during breakfast and good facilities. Room cleaning service wonderful. "

"Renovated Portuguese-era building. Immaculate condition, while being faithful to its historic roots. A/C worked perfectly . Shower great. Beds super comfortable. Staff was attentive and hospitable. The hotel/ inn is 1 min from the Chinese fishing nets & is perfectly placed for nice shops and a handful of restaurants. Of the 6 properties in which I stayed on a 2-wk trip, this was easily my favorite. For visitors flying into COK airport, be aware that with standard traffic it’s 75-90 minutes to the property. (If you transit overnight, it’s more like 45 minutes.)"
