Two-star hotel

The price-quality ratio does not match. The provided sheets and towels were really dirty, and they were not changed, they were only reapplied. Upon request, we got new towels, but they didn't look clean either. We pulled the bed away from the wall, and there was a lot of dust and food (?) behind it. The cleaners repeatedly pushed the bed back into the wall, but did not clean up the mess. There were some insects walking in the floor drain of the bathroom toilet all the time. Carpets in the corridors... However, we are happy to say that we did not encounter any bed bugs or cockroaches. Bad location too. Four stars is a complete exaggeration: I would say a two-star hotel.

Get exactly same room as before. Check in and out was fast. It is just the leaking theough the ceiling causing moist ceiling prone to fungal. 😅

Начитавшись более менее положительных отзывов об этом отеле - мы решили все же в него поселиться, ещё и завтраки взяли! Так вот! Завтраки есть невозможно ! Каждый день одно и то же . Летают мухи, еда безвкусная , будто испорченная. Вода со вкусом кофе - об этом я вообще молчу! В бассейне не кайфанешь- во первых холодный, так как сверху над ним крыша, во-вторых множество Детей взрослых , и мужчин мусульманской Веры, очень неудобно купаться перед ними в бассейне. Лежаки грязные , все мокро, полотенца не дают. В номере за 5 дней полы ни разу не помыли, а один раз даже оставили грязное постельное белье на полу . Забыли)) вайфай ужасный в номерах. Добираться безумно долго. От метро ещё 20 минут. Пешком до Бату не дойдёшь. Магистраль. Короче, не советую ! Берите в центре норм отель и будете довольны! Деньги нам не вернули, когда мы спустя два дня хотели выселиться. Пришлось тут доживать)))комнаты более менее нормальные . Но за такую цену можно снять намного лучше в центре

1. Check in quite slow and the malay guy staff unfriendly (seem like i own him money) when I asked about the deposit. Please train ur staff.. We are the customer.. If he feel don't like to work, just stay at home. 2. When we booked the room, I did mention the room I want, but then when thhe room is given is not what I want, they say I didn't write it whereby I did mention, then they ask when did I book the room. COULD U (HOTEL) READ OUR REMARKS BEFORE U PRCD... NEVER EXPECT A CUSTOMER TO REMIND U FEW TIMES. READ..... READ... READ. DO I HAVE TEACH YOU. DON'T EXPECT US TO TELL U AGAIN AND AGAIN. 3. ROOM is super unclean, towel is old.. The side yarn all are torn out.. Bed sheet old and yellowish.. Like never change before. 4. There is so many cockroach in the room whereby I need to kill it by self.. I really disappointed with your hotel.. Please train all your staff..

인피니티풀맞긴한데 이용하는 사람이 적어서 친구들 끼리는 괜찮을 것 같고, 숙소 자체는 시내와 떨어져있어요. 이동수단으로 그랩을 이용했고, 메트로 이용을 하려했는데, 역입구 까지 걷고 육교도 건너야해요. 3박 이상한다면 시내쪽 호텔 추천합니다.
