"This is a fabulous hotel giving everything that a budget hotel can offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks very unassuming considering that it is in the central business district, opposite the central market but it is quite quite inside and safe. Lots of shopping and food around the area. Great place."

"Was an amazing stay we got a high floor room and were able to see menara KL from our room. Truly breathtaking views and staff were nice and accommodating. The area is nice with pavilion, TRX and even patronas in less than 30 mins walking distance."

"We had booked two nights with MO Club access to break the journey back to London after a nature tour of Borneo. Unfortunately, my wife had picked up an E. coli infection in Borneo. On arrival at the hotel the Concierge staff immediately helped us to an excellent local hospital where she had to be admitted for several days, but recovered well. The MO Club team were wonderful and extended our booking and did everything possible to make it easy. We could not thank them enough. In the end the two night stay stretched into more than a week and we were grateful to the MO for making a horrible experience much easier than it might have been. We had stayed there on the outbound leg and once again found it comfortable, with superb facilities, the MO Club was a huge bonus in the circumstances and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t be more thankful. "
"Great hotel, staff were so polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices and real nice food. Our room was very large and overlooked the Petronas towers. We ate in the restaurant twice and it was very good. We would stay here again."
"Eq Hotel sets the standard for luxury accommodation. From the minute we arrived to our departure we were treated like royalty. Every request was accommodated.
Mini bar and snacks were a lovely surprise. Breakfast buffet was out of this world.
Special thank you to the bell boy at breakfast entry. He is so fun and happy He made me a coffee to take on my outing which was much appreciated.
Only suggestion would be a seating area at the main entrance as I sat on the water feature by accident thinking it was a seat. For which I do apologise.
Thank you for having us. "
"Lovely hotel - the use of the club facilities were very handy, and usually lots of space in the club lounge. Staff very friendly - a special shout out to Henry!
Rooms clean, staff very attentive. Food is good including room service. "
