"Couple on holiday staying for 4 nights. Pros: -We were given cakes with a card personally written and signed by the staff to celebrate our anniversary and my husband’s birthday which was a lovely touch -The room was spacious and had a nice view of the garden and skyscrapers of KL -Went to the gym thrice in the morning in which it was well equipped and well maintained for cardio and strength training -There was morning and evening social hours which provided light snacks to start and end the day which we appreciated very much -The cleaning crew also left the room pristine and ensured the amenities were stocked up every time -TRX is directly connected via the lift, very accessible Cons: -There was an event on two of the nights we were there and some of the staff from the hotel which were part of the event were somewhat unfriendly and cold towards guests especially when in the elevator where they would not hold the door and would talk loudly amongst each other -The room is not fully soundproof as I could hear other guests snoring when I’m standing in front of my room door, not so bothered as the snoring was pretty faint"

"The hotel was very good once we had got over the issue of not initially having enough beds, towels or other things for the 3 people on the booking. We were told this was because we had not filled in the correct forms on the website and they wanted to charge us extra but this charge was then waived. Although a little out of the centre of KL, there is a station 3 minutes walk away to get around and the underground system is extremely clean and efficient. Overall, an excellent base for a city break."
