"The staff at the Westin were brilliant, the property could do with slight improvements but it’s nothing that was too noticeable for our comfort. Everything worked and we really enjoyed the villa. I wear a hijab and we found out we could also request a screen for the pool area for a charge of 600 MYR. This was brilliant as I could make full use of the private pool area. "The room was fine but lack of amenities. The view was amazing. In terms of security, I feel that they could be improved. It's a club hotel where I felt almost anyone can access your room's area because the hotel shares facilities with Langkawi Yacht Club (restaurants, swimming pool, spa, etc). My room was very warm. The air conditioning did not do its justice until I had to switch on the fan. I hate sleeping with a fan. "

"Great hotel in Kuah. We booked this hotel after a bad experience at another hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was just amazing. Nice spacious room with a view of the pool. There are plenty of shops and food places near by however it is far from the beach."
