"This was the most upsetting stay here at this hotel. From the room that was given to me being dirty with bread crumbs in the bed and hair, and the room smelling to the noise in the halls till 3am. They changed my room to another room that was clean; however sprinklers rusted, the rugs dirty and the room smelled. I am not sure what they are using to clean, but it was not smelling sanitized which is very concerning....and the front desk rude and unprofessional, telling me how one in particular was...

"Beautiful 1920s era hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Mattress was a bit too soft but not terrible. No parking and valet is $35/day. Or park in garage up street. Staff was very warm, welcoming, and attentive. Only complaint is that I had requested a late check out day before check-in and was granted it for a $30 added fee. Woke up morning of check-out to a message my late check-out was denied due to 3 weddings booked for the night. Front desk did apologize for mix-up. Was never...
