The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. taking into consideration that our arrival was a bit earlier and because my friend is a Wyndam client they gave us the room right away and in a convenient area, and took care of any request immediately.

It's a Super 8, don't expect much. Room was clean but smelled like an ashtray, I could plainly hear the guy in the next room snoring, then his phone ringing at 2AM. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is what it is, a place to grab some sleep while on the road.

The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Check in was virtual/kiosk which was a little slow and painful. It was clean and safe. Location was perfect for visiting local wineries between folgalsville and Kutztown. The entire hotel is in need of a remodel/refreshing. But the price was right and it was quiet and bed was comfortable! Breakfast is individually wrapped muffins, OJ and coffee. But there's a Duncan Donuts in the same parking lot and a nice Italian bar and restaurant right across the street. Food and prices were equally good!
