"There is a lot to love about this property-close to town and the park but just out of all the congestion, excellent communication by the host, plenty of sheets, towels, pillows and the delight of watching the wildlife-deer and elk-enjoying the lawn. We have stayed in several other rentals in Estes Park and this one is in a quiet area with plenty of privacy. We really enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed 3 days in Estes Park with grandparents, parents, kids, and an aunt. The room layout was great for group and we enjoyed the large dining table for eating and games. Beautiful views and easy access to downtown and the park. The hosts provided lots of extra paper goods, dish/laundry soap etc so we had everything we needed. If you plan to use the pull out sofa, bring your own full/queen sheets! There is no air conditioning, but keeping windows and doors open, with screens closed, had a great breeze the whole time. The neighborhood was very quiet and we really enjoyed our stay!"

"The property was exactly as listed. It was very clean with plenty of supplies. The location is great with easy access to downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park. Being that there is no AC it did get quite warm but there are several ceiling fans and portable fans making it more bearable. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again sometime."
Large Fun-Filled Family Mountain Home

"House worked great for our larger family group. It could use a little upkeep - some blinds broken, pond in front clogged/not running - but that didn’t hinder our enjoyment of the property. Worth noting that the hot tub is not enclosed like the pictures show, it’s now open air in the same spot at basement. The only thing that would have helped is to have AC in the house, but overall we had a great week as a family at the house. Wrap-around porch was wonderful for meals and hanging out in the mornings/evenings."

"The house is great and in a perfect location! The only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning (which is understandable for this areas). However, it would be good to have explicitly read that in the description. Again, the place was awesome, and our family had a great time. The heat during the week we were there was pretty abnormal as I understand it. The house was 83-84 degrees until the sun went down and took a while to cool down once the sun went down. Again, that may be normal for the area— I’m just posting so others will see and know prior to booking."

"The property location and layout was wonderful. It was well equipped in the kitchen. Our only issue was no air conditioning. My fault for not checking the listing amenities on the site. But 79 - 80 degrees in the house was uncomfortable. Thankfully there were plenty of fans to help with sleeping at night"
