Very helpful owner helped us with all information we required about bus stops to the airport , eating out and even gave us a map. The room was comfortable, the owner upgraded us as there weren't any of the other rooms left which was great. I would say , the upstairs made noises all night , unfortunately the furniture needs pads on the legs etc so when people move furniture it doesn't make a disturbing noise. Hence didn't have a great sleep due to the upstairs noise. Otherwise a terrific...

Amazing location in old town. Very close to the shops and market but not on the centre of it. Quiet location.
The hosts are incredibly accommodating, all questions about restaurants, beaches and transportation were answered straight away, regardless of the time of day or night.

This is an excellent property and is beautifully decorated. It is very quiet and has excellent bedding and air conditioning.
One thing to note is that the WC is downstairs in the Constantinople Suite. This can be very tricky to navigate on a narrow staircase in the middle of the night. This is not highlighted on your website.
Also, the access is very tight for a vehicle. We had a tiny car and it was difficult negotiating the narrow lane and car park.

Good quality hotel in a convenient location. Easy flat walk to the old town and main harbour area. Quiter end of the harbour but still plenty of atmosphere and nice views. Hotel stag were friendly and helpful. Excellent quality breakfast in a picturesque setting. Free parking onsite. Chania (old town in particular) is a charming and interesting harbour town with plenty of atmosphere and excellent dining options. The area is clean, well kept and feels safe. We highly reccommend this hotel.
