"被客房人員質疑自己找不到備用衛生紙 , 感覺真的很不好"

"Very spacious and clean though relatively not a modern property. Ample amenities and kitchenware. Ideal for a large group and it’s very close to the resorts. "

"Interesting stay. Had fun lighting the fire and cooking our food over it."

"Thou the accommodation is a bit distant, the amenities are excellent, and thoughtful for every detail of customers’ need. The instructions are excellent too."

"Beautiful, quiet place "

"This was our favourite place we stayed on our Japan trip! The traditional Jape was style home, plus room for the kids to stretch out and great communication with the hosts made this stop a win! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Good location, may need a bit more furniture like night tables."

"Overall very good and good experience"

"愛犬と一緒に泊まることができ、楽しく過ごすことができました"

"The house was very clean. A short walk to a couple of bus stops and maybe 10 minutes from Nagano station. The house is very well appointed, expansive views of the city. There’s a veranda on the first floor. There are a couple of blue tooth speakers that can be linked up with. Great instructions from the host, with nice touches such as coffee and creamer."

"とても綺麗で快適な宿でした！ サプライズを計画していましたが、スタッフの方が快く協力してくれて、さらに花束をサービスで用意して下さるなどホスピタリティに感動しました！ ありがとうございました！"

"Really cool spot!"
