"Room was spotless and the staff were brilliant. From checking in , food staff and room service. Restaurant was excellent and both breakfast and dinner provided with flavours to suit anyone. Loved the text message each day checking in to make sure we were happy with everything. Make sure you book a room with a view of the bay and sunsets!"

"The house staff were lovely but for some reason they kept forgetting atleast one thing a day.. it coud have been coffee pods, or towels or cleaning the whole except for bathroom basin. nothing was consistent. This haapened last visit also"

"The view from our apartment was outstanding. Room layout good as well. The free breakfast was ok - very basic, but you could upgrade by paying extra. Great location - easy to walk to the Waterfront or to catch the Hop on Hop off bus."

"The air-conditioning was poor and the hotel only cleaned the room once in the week. When they attempted to clean the room they did not empty the kitchen bin. For a hotel that used to have a bar and restaurant it has diminished considerably."
