"Check-in was fast and smooth. When we entered the room, we noticed our teenager did not have a bed. Housekeeping brought a foldout bed. "The location of the Palma Rima is excellent and the bungalows are a good size and in nice grounds. The staff are all excellent particularly the reception staff and money exchange (safe) man (Buba Demba) and all of the security and cleaning/maintenance staff who we had most dealings with. The breakfast is not the best however with limited choice. We also never ate or drank in the hotel due to the cost. "
