"I would say, that this hotel is all-in-one hotel. You can found everything in this hotel, starting from the welcome drink, natural hot spring, massage chair, and after hot spring service (small dinner, free flow drink, all you can eat ice cream). And there are many choices on the breakfast menu and all is delicious! And, you can find the region speciality dish as one of dish that this hotel can offer. So, I can already enjoy the hotel itself, it’s the staycation type hotel. Really recommended! "

"This offers great value for money - it’s very clean, with all the usual hotel amenities (kettle, fridge etc) and in a good location. The only negative is that there was no way to control the temperature in the room apart from turning the heating off and opening the window. The room was too warm for my liking so that would be the only negative point. Otherwise, the stay was excellent and it’s fantastic value for money. "

"This hotel had no desk clerk, but we were able to figure out how to check in and get the room lock code. The room was large by Japanese hotel room standards. It felt like a small apartment. The area had many restaurants and shopping areas close by. The laundry room had four washer/dryers that did an excellent job. They even automatically dispensed laundry detergent, so we didn’t have to go find any at a convenience store. "

"The place is amazing. The only issue is the breakfast and dinner on offer. They never changed. It was the same thing over and over again. This was hard for someone like me who stayed for three days. It becomes unappetising after a while. Many guests have decided to eat out instead. A little bit of variety could have helped. This can be done well without blowing the budget, if they were adhering to a set amount. Overall, I give it a 4 instead of a 5. But had I stayed only one night, the food...
