He promptly reviewed the hotel’s CCTV footage, identified the taxi involved, and contacted the taxi company on my behalf. Thanks to his intervention, the driver returned to the hotel and refunded 30,000 KZT directly to reception.
Adil’s professionalism, initiative, and dedication to guest service were outstanding, and he should be sincerely congratulated for his efforts. This experience truly restored my faith in customer care."
