Especially encouraged me to try the local horse meat. Great choice. Very friendly staff and great location and well kept hotel. Breakfast was also great value and quality. Highly recommend this place. "

"The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases."

"We weren't very pleased with this place. For starters, we found out upon arrival that we had to pay 6000 tenge for two people/two nights. Below is the only mention of potential fees: "Hotel fees The price DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges and surcharges upon check-out." The staff claimed this was a newly imposed tax from Feb 2023....

"Polite staff who were happy to help at any time, and overall a neat and nice place to stay. Wifi connection did go out at times, but was otherwise stable and even excellent for the price of the stay. I highly recommend staying here :) There are plenty of shops and restaurants within 2km of the hotel, so there's always somewhere to go. "

"Оформили ранний заезд, заселились без проблем в районе 6 утра, бронировали два одноместных номера. В моем номере не работал телевизор, до конца продувания его так и не включили. По выезду попросили повторно оплатить проживание, хотя все было оплачено по заезде. Хорошо, что у меня был чек, подтверждающий оплату.. Из за таких нюансов впечатление подпорчено, но в целом - нормально ."
