Wonderful property- the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. There is a great steakhouse named Ziyafet next door to the property.

Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city. It's on the older, soviet side, but clean. The breakfast was beyond impressive!

Room was good and comfortable. No iron or board in room. Good value, great location. Entrance and signage is very maze-like, seems in back of building, amongst many cars. Good choice on breakfast buffet. More coffee machines in morning. Too much waiting to make coffee! Or have prepared large urns of coffee already

Hotel is busy with renovation. We received a recently renoved room, which was really nice Only the bathroom not so big and no hangers enough for the towels. Further all was nice. Breakfast good..only not enough tables..sometimes you have to wait for a place.

Our experience with hotel Kazakistan unfortunately wasn’t very pleasant, staff were rude, we booked two rooms they gave us one renovated and another room was really from soviet era, when we asked to have both renovated rooms they wanted to change us extra $ 279 dollars but failed to explain why.

Excellent stay only be aware if you book the Junior Suite as it is a small / corner room, better to look at other options. The staff anyhow was super helpful and supported by change. In addition it is a very busy hotel, difficult to do early check-in factor this in your travels. I highly reccomend the place to everyone
