"Centrally located and all-around terrific, the Almaty Hotel was a great place to stay. The lobby is a bit underwhelming, but the room was very nice—clean, spacious, and comfy—and the breakfast bar (which even has a whole outdoor seating area) was absolutely stellar. Very nice hotel for a first-time-to-Almaty stay."

"It was a simple accommodation with only 7 rooms (not sure why it is called a hotel). There was a new facade extension to the entrance for cafe, so the entrance was not so obvious and mismatch the photos in Expedia and Google Map. The staff was friendly and helpful even though there was language barrier. The room was clean and complete. The toilet was okay except the basin area, which is smaller than an Asian lady shoulder width. Dotysk Plaza is just minutes away by foot, there is also convenient shop opposite the hotel. Our booking includes free breakfast, but we’re offered eggs and oatmeal only, so didn’t bother to have it since plenty cafe at the mall."

Throughout my two-week stay, I was deeply impressed by the high standard of service provided by the reception staff. Every team member was courteous, professional, and attentive to every detail. My room was consistently spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I would like to extend a special note of gratitude to the hotel manager, for his for his exceptional coordination, and to the front desk team for their warm hospitality.
