"Staff personality can make or break any business, and with this in mind, I'm happy to report that hotel Genio had very welcoming individuals on the front desk. Friendly, efficient and professional. "This hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. There are large constructions around it. You can’t get anywhere by walking. We found somebodies hair in our bed. There is no swimming pool and it is noisy at night. I would never recommend this strange isolated place. "
