"The staff were incredible. There was a slight problem with the water (it wasn’t their fault) and they were quick to find a solution for my wife & I. The location was peaceful and quiet which we loved! We’ve been to a couple hotels in Bacalar, but this is definitely our new favorite! We will be back! "

"Older Hotel must have been beautiful when first built, but it is showing its age. The Staff were very welcoming, friendly and responsive to our requests. We did enjoy our stay. Very relaxing! Beautiful view of the lagoon from the rooftop and our balcony. "

"Very simple place, they didn’t really speak any english so a bit hard to communicate. They also dobt communicate through Hotels.com messages as I never got a response there. The place is beautifully located and everyone is friendly. Rooms are according to pics. Just bring a mosquito spray, that was our biggest downfall."
