Great hotel, sat right on the beach. All the staff were very polite & did their job very well. Excellent food, it's a great place to eat or drink on the beach When we come back to Koi Samui, we will book this hotel again

Just a quick overnighter due to excellent location next to pier for Koh Phangan ferry. Did not try bar or restaurant but Yan (manager ?) was very helpful. Room good size & clean. Great location on the water & near facilities.

Friendly and very helpful staff, and great water front plus pool and Ninja Play area on beach for kids. Famoly room super with double bed ensuite and 2 singles in separeate room ensuite, plus air conditioning and a separate kitchen. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place

I absolutely love this bungalow complex. Stayed at the sister complex last year and both were a delight. Gone are the days when the picture doesn't match the experience. Great area, loads of little restaurants on the local beach. And a trip to see elephants in the wild is a must. I would say you would need a car to visit Sam roi yot, but as I am from the UK, we also drive on the left so such an easy drive from the airport.

Nice Budget Stay

This is a good place for those looking for a somewhat cheaper alternative in Koh Samui. The bed was comfortable, the aircon worked, and the bathroom was adequate. The restaurant was handy and what I tried was good. However, it is not a very pretty beach, as there are piers and boats there. This is precisely why we stayed there, however, because we were catching the ferry the next day and it was right next door.

Had Room 19, it’s the closest one to the beach. Any closer would be in the water. Great stay with a perfect view. The small pool is good and there’s a huge children’s play park in the ocean for 500baht per day. The cleaners are spot on and the reception person was great. Nice restuarant on site as well. Very close to everything needed including boats to the islands and plenty of 7/11’s Would return 100%

All in all we tried to still make the best out of our stay but are pretty disappointed about the price point of this RESORT! Owning a business also means putting money into a business not just pulling money out of it! That would be something consider for the future and our advice for the owner.

We booked this place because it looked like a family friendly hotel. We stayed for less than 24 hours. The rooms are dirty and smelled like sewerage. The manager moved us to a different room and it still smelled. We couldn’t stand the smell and checked out. The bed was dirty. I felt like there were sand still in the bed. Something dirty was in the bed. It was not clean and uncomfortable. There were no on site parking. It’s street parking. Hotel staff doesn’t provide assistance with your luggages. It looked family friendly in the picture, but the service to help guests is trash. Everything about this hotel is bad. Believe all the bad reviews. I didn’t believed it at first. I regretted it. They will not give you refund and will try their best not to give refund. So, do your research before book this place. You will not get a refund if you leave early.

Proche de tout . On entend pas mal les avions ça nous a pas dérangé mais faut le savoir ( en même temps vous êtes a côté de l'aéroport) personne sympas et terrain de jeu sur la mer pour les enfants. Mon fils a adoré.

Ok simple værelser. Dog ret slidt og den første opredning til vores datter var med skimmelsvamp på madrassen. Vi fik udskiftet den, men stadig til en meget slidt og plettet madras. Fantastisk personale, som var super hjælpsomme og gjorde oplevelsen mere positiv!

Réservation d’une nuit en attendant le bateau du lendemain …. Appartement 2 chambres avec 3 salles de bain et un cuisine, bien trop grand pour nous mais seule disponibilité pour un hébergement de 3 personnes ensemble … excellent rapport qualité/prix par rapport aux autres hôtels disponibles à notre date … très bonne cuisine au restaurant … excellent petit déjeuner 😊 tout parfait sauf la cliente de la chambre voisine qui a passé la nuit au téléphone sur la terrasse et que nous avons supporté de longues heures, avant d’aller lui dire que maintenant nous souhaitions pouvoir dormir 😡 mais l’hôtel n’est pas responsable de l’impolitesse et de l’incivilité des gens

Old, mould, but nice staff

Vi ble overrasket over at det var stort badeland i vannet helt inntil stranden for barn. Dette burde vi kanskje ha sett tidligere på anmeldelser og bilder, men det så vi desverre ikke. Badelandet som ligger i vannet ødelegger den fantastiske utsikten og den flotte strandopplevelsen. I tillegg til dette så var det også mye barn som da herjet og lekte i vannet. Stranden i seg selv var veldig fin. Vi opplevde at det var masse mugg på soverommet vårt, rett ved senga. Og masse i dusjen. De skyldte på at det hadde regnet veldig mye i det siste. Vi forstår det, men de må da se over dette FØR hotellgjester sjekker inn. Om de har slike velkjente problemer som de tydeligvis har. Vi ba dem om å vaske det bort. Noen få timer senere så vasket de lett over og malte. De brukte ikke riktige midler mot mugg så muggen ligger kun bak malingen og vil komme tilbake over tid. Det var masse mugg i dusjen også langs silikonen og rundt flisene. Dette måtte vi be de om å vaske flere ganger før de gjorde det. Men de gjorde en veldig dårlig jobb. De vaske kun den ene siden og det var fortsatt ikke bra. Ved ankomst fikk vi kun laken som dyne. Men vi ba om å få en tykkere dyne og da fikk vi dette. De leverte heller ikke hånd-håndkle (for å tørke hender etter du har vasket hendene etter toalett besøk), så dette måtte vi be om. Vi fikk det da vi ba om det. Ny Samsung TV, det var et pluss. Det luktet veldig når vi brukte vifta på toalettet. Det kom en form for røyklukt.
