Great resort. Central to everything in Lamai. On the beach plus there is also a small pool. Superior rooms are excellent. Staff awesome. Tookta on reception was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Ill be back.

Easy access to the beach and pool area, shops, bars and eating out. Very peaceful and tranquil. Staff very helpful and friendly.Security make the resort feel safe. Would recommend unreservedly.

Accommodation and especially villas were kept very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job, fast and efficient and diligent. Areas that need improvement, is the beach front. Sun loungers were pretty filthy and broken. Certainly there were not enough loungers to cope with the amount of guests. Very poor beach front in comparison to other hotel / accommodation offerings. The staff are very warm and friendly. Be aware the reception is only covered from 8am until 5pm. So any issues outside these times need to wait until the next day.

Sehr schönes, gemütliches und ruhiges Hotel direkt am Strand. Alles war sauber und angenehm, ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Liegen am Strand sind alt und die Auflagen schon kaputt. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert – ich würde sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Super hôtel idéalement situé, avec la piscine donnant vue sur la mer...pour une fois, l'hôtel était plus beau en vrai qu'en photo. La piscine paraissait petite sur les photos mais elle était très bien 👍 la literie c'était top ce qui n'est pas gagné en Thaïlande et la chambre était grande avec des rideaux bien occultant. Tout était parfait 😍

Wir hatten einen Bungalow, der war recht großzügig und geräumig. Die Betten sind wie fast überall in Thailand recht hart, das Kissen war gut, wir haben gut geschlafen. Direkter Zugang zum Strand, Pool ist vorhanden. Es sind zu wenig Liegen am Pool und Strand vorhanden, die Auflagen der Liegen sind schon sehr alt und sollten erneuert werden. Schön bepflanzter Garten. Direkte Lage im Lamai Zentrum und trotzdem nachts leise, zumindest in den Bungalows. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal !!! Der Nachtportier, ein älterer Mann (der eigentlich im Ruhestand wäre) hat uns nachts um 1 Uhr den Ersatzschlüssel für unseren Bungalow in Rekordzeit besorgt (da wir den Bungalow-Schlüssel verloren hatten). Mit Übersetzungsapp klappte auch die Verständigung mit dem Nachtportier sehr gut. 5 Sterne für den Nachtportier. Dafür dass das Hotel nahe des Lamai Bar und Rotlichtbereichs liegt kann das Hotel nichts. Am Strand 300m vom Hotel entfernt kann man Jetski leihen, ich fand das Klasse. Den Lärm der Jetski (die nur weiter draußen fahren dürfen) hat man eh am ganzen Lamai-Strand. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten für Roller/Scooter.

Die Flexibilität und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war super, Bungalow war sehr sauber und trotz der Lage mitten im Zentrum, ruhig. Es war ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt. Kommen gerne wieder

Das Hotel hat verschiedene Zimmerkategorien und Bungis. Die Bungis kenne ich nicht. Das Standardzimmer reich für alleinreisende aus. Zu zweit ist es eng. Sauber! Jeden Tag 2 Flaschen Wasser und zusätzlich Strandhandtücher.seit einogen Jahren gibt es nun einen Pool. Die optimale Lösung ist das nicht. Es gibt ein paar Liegen am Strand und Pool. Leider keine Matratzen dazu. Dss ist ärgerlich Der Strandabschnitt ist ideal. In die Stadt zum Nachtessenmarkt cs 3 Minuten. Zz Walkingstreet 10 Minuten. Wenn ich nochmal nach Samui komme, dann gerne wieder in dieses Hotel

Les chambres une catastrophe. J'ai même demandé à changer celle qui m'avait été attribuée tellement elle était dans un état pitoyable pour l'hôtel dit trois étoiles. Je ne suis pas du tout une cliente difficile et à laisser des commentaires tels mais franchement cet hôtel n'est pas digne de sa soit disant renommé. Cependant, emplacement stratégique et proche de la mer avec une piscine en front mer POINT EXCELLENT A NOTER MALGRE TOUT

NOT a nice hotel near the beach

I have stayed in Lamai four times and this was the worst hotel thus far. Rooms not maintained. Air conditioner barely worked. Bed had old mattress which needs to be replaced. Advertised 'free' wifi useless. Basically, the owners do not invest on the rooms. Instead, hotel spends money on a new bar by the beach and a pool that is not maintained. Couldn't use the first week of our stay. Full of algae. In addition, Expedia price more than what the hotel actually charges. DON'T STAY HERE!
