Absolutely amazing! We loved everything about this place. Staff were so friendly, constantly ensuring our needs were met and we were happy and comfortable. Location was perfect, opposite the beach and not far from all sorts of fun restaurants and bars. Breakfast was lovely and so were the drinks. Staff cleaned our room twice a day and left it so comfortable for us to come back to in the evening. Highly recommend for a lovely place to stay on Koh Samui

Really nice location, laundry service, and this hotel has a premium quality restaurant downstairs. Staff here are incredible, polite, hospitable and very accommodating for guests. We would recommend this place to everyone for short visits.

Very central location for access to restaurants/bars/clubs. The hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. There are stairs to walk up, but it is a wide staircase so handling luggage was no problem. The set breakfast in the morning was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

The perfect stay in Chaweng

Me and my two teenage daughters absolutely loved this cozy hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. Located in a tranquil part of Chaweng with only 50 meters to the lovely beach and also to the shopping/ restaurant street we States in a tripple deluxe room. Nice breakfast menu to chose from provided a soft start of our 13 days stay and the restaurant also offered lovely Italian and Thai lunch and dinner. Just beside the hotel you’ll find a minimarket for drinks and snacks, very handy before and after beach life. We would definitely recommend and stay here again upon returning to Koh Samui. I really can’t believe some of the negative reviews I was aware of the check in time of 3pm before I arrived I was greeted by a friendly man who had me brought a iced tea while we did the check in formalities and he had a room ready for me a hour earlier than the stated time I had the economy room and I was completely happy with it and can’t believe the person who said it was one step above dormitory accommodation it was implacably clean

The room was nice and pretty clean. However the general feeling was not welcoming… check in is at 3pm and as I arrived at 1pm they wanted to charge 500 Baht so I just left my luggage there until check in. When I came back my luggage was not there and the staff had no idea where they put it… turned out they put it in another persons room which was not nice. I came here to find some sleep and rest that I unfortunately couldn’t get. My room was right at the restaurant part which was fine but when they started doing manual work and drilling right outside my room I was really disappointed. This is just a personal experience and maybe I suffered under unlucky circumstances.

Awesome Boutique Hotel - best location

Jeb and her staff were outstanding, she has a core group of employees that have been with her for a long time which is a testament to Jeb's enthusiasm for the business. Pung, Dia, Gel and Nunna were all extremely helpful and kind. The restaurant is very nice and serves deliciously food at reasonable prices. The rooms were well appointed with nice showers, a very comfortable bed and a selection of different firmness of pillows. There are numerous little sanctuary areas in the hotel to spread out and relax which I saw many people take advantage of. The location is unbeatable with a 2 minute walk to the beach and about a 5 minute walk to the main entertainment district. The Central mall is about a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minutes in a Tuk Tuk. It is a very quiet area while only being steps away from all the fun. I hope they will invite me back!! I really enjoyed my 6 week stay.
