Der Pool mit den Liegen war sehr schön. Auch der kleine Bungalow mit Terasse war gut. Die Ausstattung war ok, aber nichts besonderes. Durch die Bungalow Form konnten ab und zu ein paar Ameisen in das Gebäude. Das Frühstück war okay. Weil jedoch das Restaurant halb offen ist, wurde das Essen, welches länger lag, etwas weicher bzw. Verlor seine “Knusprigkeit“. Das Personal sprach ausreichend englisch und war sehr freundlich.

Bel hôtel, décoré avec goût , Petit déjeuner compris... ou pas à faire attention lors de votre réservation car vous pourriez avoir une petite surprise arrivé sur place !! (350 bath /pers par jours en supplément bien sûr ) . Belle piscine. L’établissement est un peu loin de tout

I stayed with coconutspalm resort over the New Years period and I’ve got to say it was just over average. It’s overpriced for what it is and you have to spend quite a bit of money on taxis to and from Lamai beach, so your best bet is to rent a scooter. I will say that the manager Fred is very good at his job and he did everything to sort any problems out we may of had. He even offered us a free upgrade. Also a massive shout out to the cleaning team as they are amazing..! All in all not a bad stay. Regards Matt

À recommander pour des vacances tranquilles

Super resort avec un personnel super sympa Jay la réceptionniste qui parle un peu français est top Les managers sont français Theirry et Fred sont très attentifs et accessibles. Le seul bémol c'est la plage en face qui n'est pas praticable du tout Il faut louer un scooter pour trouver où se baigner.pour nous, ce n'était pas dérangeant

Nice hotel but remote location.

The property itself was nice and well looked after. Food was decent and affordable. However, it was a little noisy as our room was positioned near the bar which had music playing from 7am to 10:30pm. The resort is a little isolated but a cheap taxi ride into Lamai. Manager was helpful in dealing with our requests.

Hotel je v mene rušné části ostrova, nutné na pláž i většinu restauraci dojíždět. Hotel ale nabízí zdarma kola a motocykly za 250 THB na den, nejsou problémy při pronajmu a s údajným poškozením mopedu jako v pujcovnach.

Sehr erholsam und hübsch!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war riesig. Am Pool sind genug Liegemöglichleiten und das Frühstück war Abwechslungsreich und lecker. Allerdings ist es etwas abgelegen weshalb wir für 250 Baht pro Tag einen Roller gemietet haben.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Très bon séjour ! Le personnel est très souriant, sympathique et de bon conseil.la piscine est très agréable. Les chambre sont propres est décorées avec goût ! La plage la plus proche est à lamai, quelques km à faire, vous aurez besoin d'un motorbike (en location sur place pour 250bath par jour) ou d'un taxi. Restaurant sympathique avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Une mésaventure toutefois, nous n'avions pas fermer la baie vitrée du bungalow dans la nuit et nous nous sommes fait voler notre cash. Le gerant de l'hôtel a fait les démarches auprès des autorités pour signaler ce vol.

Amei ficar no Coconuts Palm Resort! Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos, bem como o dono do hotel. Piscina gostosa, quarto super limpo, ambiente familiar...Além de ser ter um ótimo custo benefício. Passamos o natal em Koh Samui e tivemos um jantar maravilhoso no hotel! Só tenho a agradecer!

Nybyggt hotell som kändes väldigt fint

Fint hotell, bra mat (ganska dyrt dock), trevlig personal. Nackdelen är att det ligger ganska långt från allt. Taxi till Lamai kostar 300 bath och in till Chaweng kostar det 800 bath. Blir ju en del taxipengar fram och tillbaka om man ska ut och äta en kväll/shoppa m.m.

Très bon accueil de Thierry et Fred ainsi que tout le personnel. A l 'écoute des besoins de la clientèle souhaitant rendre notre séjour agréable. Ne pas hésitez à prévenir la direction si vos voisins sont trop bruyants...ils interviendront rapidement. Mais l 'hôtel est très calme tout en étant proches des plages et restaurants. Aucun bruit de la route !! Il faut par contre obligatoirement avoir un moyen de locomotion, location de scooter sur place ( 250 baths la journée). Si vous ne souhaitez pas prendre un taxi privé pour les transferts aéroport / hôtel , possibilité de prendre un taxi collectif ( 340 bath pour 2 personnes).A prendre sur place à l 'aéroport.

Hotel avec beaucoup de charme

Nous avons passé 2 nuits au CoconutsPalm Resort. L'ensemble du séjour était agréable hors mis quelques détails à régler, surement dû à la récente ouverture de l’hôtel notamment la climatisation. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est adapté à la clientèle avec la possibilité de le composer soi-même (thé, café, œufs brouillés, omelettes, saucisses, tartines, fruits frais, jus de fruits,etc.). Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer le gérant de l’hôtel qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions grâce à ces nombreux conseils. Nous avons fortement apprécié la décoration, le cadre, l'espace dans les chambres, la piscine, la possibilité de louer des scooters sur place pour nous déplacer sur l'île. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous vous recommandons fortement cet hôtel.
