Fantastic place to stay!!!! Super comfy rooms, heaps of room to spread out, comfortable bed, tv, free wifi, full size fridge and freezer, hot plate, sink, table and chair, lots of power points and usb points near the bed. Quiet rooms. Loved the bar, coffee shop in the hotel. Good office area, massive lobby with heaps of comfy couches. Friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle to the airport. Lots of street food, 7-11 and Lotus supermarket within 1 minutes walk away

Always a great stay at the Chatrium Riverside. Must have stayed at this hotel 20 plus times over the last 10 years. Never fails to impress. Staff always welcoming and happy to see me.

Good location with great views. Easy access to transport and hotspots. Food in and around was very good. Prices are fair. Rooms are very comfy and clean.

Comfy bed, beautiful roof top bar, pool and gym facilities, day spa provided excellent massages. Buffet breakfast ok. A very enjoyable stay

Even the hotel wasn’t located in close proximity to the monorail. The well-organised transportation made no difference to other hotels located just on steps from the BTS . Great spa and pool , service , breakfast with ongoing free coffee and tea at lobby

Easy access to Don Meaung airport and had a really good value buffet breakfast.

Cleaned rooms. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really good, and staff responsible for that was great, especially for kids. Great large outdoor pool and area.

Perfect place to unwind after a long flight, or prepare for the next. Free airport shuttle was excellent...especially after being ripped off by a taxi I shouldn't have taken. Can't fault the staff, room, pool or food. Have booked to stay again on our return trip off the back of the first experience

My first time in Bangkok and was lucky enough to choose this place. It looked very new and is above a small shopping centre. The staff were so lovely and helpful when we asked questions about the neighbourhood. The room was generous and a good size for two people. The shower was hot and had pressure! The breakfast bar was a highlight with so many delicious Western and Thai options enough to satisfy anyone. The location was smack bang in the middle of Chinatown, walking distance to the Grand...

The hotel was alot better than we expected, easily the best hotel we have ever stayed we plan to come back one day. Only negative feedback we have is that it they do not serve alcohol in the hotel itself, you need to bring your own, which is a shame since the views from level 50 are amazing we would of loved to enjoy some cocktails there. But besides that everything else was perfect

Always my go to. Staff are OUTSTANDING!!!! Rooms all have a wonderful view, the breakfast is the absolute BEST. And did I mention the staff???? Always a pleasure Lebua...until next time ❤️
