Good location near train station, good restaurants and tourist sites Very helpful staff. Small room, but very efficiently furnished and laid out. Only negative was that room was quite warm and we couldn’t reduce temperature. Window does open but lots of street noise.

Excellent location to Christmas markets and old town. Only complaint is was very difficult to take a shower without wetting the floors in bathroom. The shower has a 1/2 glass door for a curtain, although beautiful, not efficient.

The hotel was very nice, the location to the old city centre excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have a comfy chair in the room. There was only one desk chair available, just a suggestion, but not a reason not to book this hotel.

Mostly very good hotel, with helpful staff. The only downsides were the window only opened a few cms (and the air-con was very hard to use), and there was no where to hang wet clothes (not even from the bathroom door)

I had a good stay
No hotel is perfect but i have little to complain here. All the staff that I had contact with were great. I was happy with the room for the most part. You could hear the elevator in my room which was a little weird. There seems to be soundproofing but I will never understand why doors in hotels need to slam so loudly that the walls shake.

Nice location. Conveniently located to the Aldstadt. Rooms were nice. Could have included the breakfast for free as many other hotels do.

Great location. People were very nice. No parking at the facility, but available parking garages in the area. I paid 25 euro for overnight parking. Facility looks very nice and very new. Good value for price paid.

This property is very close to the river and the pedestrian shopping area. The hotel is very modern. The breakfast was excellent.

We booked last minute when our Air BnB apartment we found to be very poor standard. The hotel feels brand new, is super modern and clean. Considering it was in the heart of the city it was super quiet in our room. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. There was fresh water in the room, the only thing we would have like would have been tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

No laundry facilities or service.
The listing indicated that laundry facilities were available…they were not! Very disappointing…this amenity was a major consideration in booking this hotel. Otherwise it was a great location, very clean & new & a wonderful breakfast buffet.

A very new, extremely well designed hotel. Nice lobby to catch up on some work. Comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. Bright with some good views. Helpful staff.

Good location and price. Able to leave bikes in corridor but not exactly secure. Hotel is still very much being built and unfinished in lots of places. Disappointed that a double bed was two singles pushed together, separate duvet and beds easily moved around room due to wheels.

Die Lage ist super. Parkhäuser in der Nähe. Das Frühstück könnte besser sein. Ebenso die Sauberkeit. Ziemlich staubig ueberall. Täglich gereinigt wird da nicht. Aber für eins, zwei Tage ist es ok.

Sehr schönes Hotel ....auch wenn ich mein Rad nicht mit aufs zimmer nehmen durfte .....Personal an der Rezeption super nett beim Frühstück zwischendurch keine Teller und viele Tische schmutzig und nicht abgeräumt aber die Speisensuswahl war ausreichend

Hinsichtlich deines Fahrrades müssen wir auf die gesetzlichen Brandschutzbestimmungen hinweisen, die eine Mitnahme eines Fahrrades in das Zimmer nicht erlauben.

Beste Punkt für mich waren die Betten; so weich und bequem. Alles war sauber. Zimmer waren recht klein und einen richtigen Kleiderschrank gab es nicht, aber hat uns nicht gestört da wir nur 1 Nacht dort waren. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen
