hotel hyper bien placé mais pas de ménage si l'on ne réclame pas ( au bout de 3 jours ).propreté du lit douteuse et piqures sur tout le corps !!! beau balcon ,pas de frigo mais un 7/7 juste à coté .

Great potential but lack of service

+ located in one of the best areas of the island; friendly staff; nice quality of room - no lights at night, our room was located in a dark alley; we didn't get a bed cover the first night so we had to use towels to cover ourselves (when we discovered the lack the reception was closed); pool was not always clean; takes a long time to get hot water in the shower so it is not so environmentally friendly overall: the hotel has great potential but need to learn how to increase service to be able to compete with other nearby hotels that has better service to a lower price
