Check in out efficient. Staff all excellent throughout. Room was not good. Animals in the wall and ceiling. Shower was falling apart. Bed was like a rock. Pillow inadequate with no second option. NO SAFE

The best was the location

Expected a bit more out of this stay beacuase of the price. Staff were very kind and helpful when needed and the hotel had great location, beautiful beach and sunsets. Two pool areas with a lot of sun beds and nice pools, also they had taxi service available which was very nice! Improvements: - The beds were awful, so hard so woke up with back pains every morning and slept bad. Our mattress was also moldy… - The rooms don’t have a phone so you can’t call the reception, we had two times where we needed to call the reception. The hotel area is really large and since our cabin were furthest away we had to walk to the reception every time, would have been easier if we could call.

The location was nice. Beachside a few meters away. The Restaurants, Bar and Shop close. We was disappointed with the breakfast. It was the worst 😪 ever we had. We have paid for a buffets and we could only take on a A4 written Menus breakfasts. The room specifically the weather room need a upgrade.

I stayed for 10 nights here. My room was a ‘superior’ room. V basic but bed was comfortable. Air con was good. Not cleaned properly each day. The whole place looked uncared for. Needed a good clean and refurbish. It had two pool areas which was good. But unless you got up at 6.30am to put towels on sun beds you didn’t get one. Not sure why they have so few. Many of the chairs were broken and cushions were torn. Great location so I spent most days on the beach because it was much nicer than the hotel. Wouldn’t stay there again.

A bit rude

Many staff members (at the reception)where not polite, (two where nice and one of them was mimi) Electricity went away at one point for a few hours ( no big deal) Pool opened at 7 am but at 8 am they had no towels ready. The mixed our room with another ending up in them trying to charge us for more. When you asked staff about shows or other happenings they either did not know or gave you wrong info (fireshow was told to start att 9 pm but it started at 8pm) One was not allowed to eat by the sunbeds (poolarea) Weird routine for towels. But nice location and rooms where ok.

Starting with the positive, overall the staff were polite especially the bar and breakfast staff. Breakfast was an excellent spread, topped up regularly and staff were efficient and polite. The amenities overall were well maintained although the pool area wasn’t cleaned up well each night, rubbish was left poolside the next morning. The beach was stunning, plenty of places to eat and bars etc. Beautiful warm sea, white sand, gorgeous sunsets. The negatives, the check in/check out was impersonal and lacked welcoming, especially in comparison to the last accommodation we had stayed at. We had money go missing from our bag, left unlocked one morning when we went to breakfast. We usually padlocked our case each day and this particular morning we forgot. We had £100 in notes and when we arrived back from breakfast, only £70 remained. We immediately reported this to reception staff and they did nothing except to say we should have used the safe in the room. I stated this was avoided due to the fact the safes weren’t bolted in place. They had a camera right outside our room but no action was taken by the staff to rectify this. From this point on we felt very unsafe and specified that we wanted no-one to enter our room, including staff. The sun bed war is real!! We saw multiple arguments and even had one guy tell us we were on his sun loungers. Staff say they’ll remove other people’s towels if people are caught reserving them and we did witness this to be true

We stayed at this hotel 4 nights. We did extend one night but only for pure convenience ans partner was not well and was not able to travel. Overall appearance tired and run down and in need for updating. Rooms could be cleaner with some attention to detail. Towels. It replaced daily. We stayed in a beach front room. Originally stationed next to restaurant which was noisy and lacked privacy. We requested to be moved to another room which was granted. However sliding doors were difficult to open and safe did not work. Brought to front desk attention but was not addressed/ fixed during our stay. No little extras. Water and beer can be purchased at front desk. But not refrigerated. Buffet breakfast adequate. Fruit selection limited and no option for capachino /latte/americano. Pool is nice also. However get up At the crack of dawn to secure pool Side lounger. As many have been earmarked with towels. And left for hours with no one in sight. Previous reviews do mention this and this is not policed by staff no has it changed. Beach front was the only upside here and if that’s what you are looking for then this would be okay. But on the whole would not recommend.

The stay was in general good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We upgraded to a more expensive bungalow after seeing the one we had booked, the cheapest one, which was quite worn out and not so nice. The cleaning was great. Our main complaint was the breakfast which for us was inedible. Even though we had paid for it, we chose to eat breakfast outside of the hotel and pay "again".

Sunbeds and omlettes

The stay was good apart from a member of our party was overlooked when standing in line for an omelette at the omelette station. Served two people behind him. Also, the sunbed situation needs to be reviewed. People put towles on them and then disappeared for significant amounts of time meaning that those of us that were spending the day by the pool couldn't get sunbeds. Other hotels remove towels and belongings after 30 mins and oit the belongings j to lost property if sunbeds are left unattended for over 30 minutes. This is a much fairer system

Belle plage , mais l’hôtel est mal entretenu : jardin laissé à la nature ! Piscine pas entretenue, parasols cassés, breakfast très basique ….accueil : difficile de se faire comprendre surtout quand un Thaïlandais ne veut pas comprendre !!!

Tout était absolument parfait, cadre génial à quelques pas de la plage. Le seul point négatif est la propreté. Le fond de la douche ainsi que tout ce qui était vitre et miroir était vraiment degueulasse. Par contre, tous les jours le plancher était fait à la perfection ne laissant aucun sable
