Cute place

We’ve had e really good stay at this cute hotel, the lady in the reception gave us so good service and she was so sweet all the time. The view was amazing and they also had a sister hotel that we could go to and use the pool. Over all it was good, but our only complain is that the WiFi was unstable

Wir hatten den Beach Front Bungalow. Die Lage war super, dass war es dann aber auch schon. Die Zimmer und besonders das Bad sind dreckig und renovierungsbedürftig. Wir hatten des häufigeren Kakerlaken im Bad. Die Zimmer sind schlecht ausgestattet und einfach ungepflegt und alt. Vieles funktioniert einfach nicht - Licht, Toilettenspülung und der Whirlpool (das eigentliche Highlight). Die Handtücher waren abgenutzt und die Bettwäsche dreckig. All diese Dinge wurden von mir beim Besitzer (erfolglos) angesprochen. Der Service ist der schlechteste der Welt: Inkompetent und sehr unfreundlich! Wir mussten an den bezahlten Room Service, sowie das bereits bezahlte FrüHstück erinnern, und das jeden Tag. Obwohl angeblich bis 22:00 eingecheckt werden kann, war die Rezeption ab 18:00 nicht mehr besetzt und wir mussten durch längeres rum telefonieren erst einmal warten bis uns jemand den Schlüssel gebracht hat. Alles in allem: Nie wieder! Leider verstehe ich hier die guten Kommentare nicht, da diese wirklich total irreführend sind. Macht nicht den selben Fehler wie wir und sucht euch lieber eine liebevoll geführte Unterkunft aus :)

英語があまり通じない。 5泊で部屋の掃除は一度もなし。 タオルは催促してなんとか。 水は二日に一度。 写真と全く違う。 7時にチェックアウト、スタッフは誰もいない。 朝食はないと言われた。

Baan Pakgasri har sett bedre dager. I utgangspunktet et fint sted for de som reiser på budsjett, men her burde det gjøres en større innsats med både vedlikehold og service. Beach front er verdt pengene i forhold til beliggenhet, men det er nesten ingen forskjell på deluxe og standard rom.

Erg leuk hotel direct aan het strand.

Kleinschalig hotel, zeer nette kamers. Hier en daar kan het onderhoud iets beter, maar algemeen erg goede 'value for money'! Ligging direct aan het strand is perfect! Je bestelde ontbijtje wordt op je eigen veranda bezorgd :-)

Complete fail. Booked 2 months before but they did not have our reservation. The guy at the reception was very rude and not helpful at all to clear up the mess. Luckily there were more attractive options nearby with better location.

Relaxed and clean place!

Relaxed and clean place! Even if you dont book beach view room you're still practically on the beach. They also told us that we could use the facilities of the Miami Resort next door, meaning beach view pool and nice bar and restaurant! So great deal for the price. Breakfast not to many options, but still really nice quality. Rent a scooter and explore the island (old town, beaches, the south for viewpoints and sunset).
