"Our daughter lives in Knoxville, about a mile from this rental. This is our second stay here and we will be back yet again in the future. It is very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities listed. We do not use the upstairs and never have, so I can’t comment on that, but it also looks large and very clean. The back desk and the little covered patio area off the living room are especially useful and appreciated."

"I completely enjoyed my stay at this thoughtfully appointed property. Be aware that it is a 3 floor walk up, which was fine with me. The property manager was extremely responsive to questions or requests. The bed was comfortable and there was an impressive array of toiletries available. It was spotless and very cute. Close to everything. I’ll be back!"

"Great place to stay if you're looking for something cheap and pet friendly. Dated decor and the house needs a little handyman TLC, but the bedding and furniture was clean and it has all the essentials! ...Except for toilet paper. BYOTP --they only left us half a roll for an entire week."
