"It seemed the property was not ready for guests. The rooms and shelves were not very clean. The sink leaked and the bath drainage took a long time to drain. The stoves for cooking did not have knobs for turning it on. You could hardly see with the light in the bathroom when we arrived. The sofa was torn and squeaked. Linen & towels did not look fresh & clean (very old)."

"Kudos to all the front reception staff. A special thanks to Sphiwe for getting us into a comfortable suite. Not forgetting Zinhle who picked up on our communication on Expedia as the initial room was a bit smaller. She managed to upgrade us to a better, spacious room on the 2nd floor.
