"It was really great, I love the hotel "

"The staff made us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived. The rooftop dining experience was unforgettable - grilled fish, fresh juice, and a view that looks like a postcard. Conveniently close to the border if you're exploring both countries."

"Wonderful experience. Good breakfast (especially the one to go). The fire in the room is very nice and the hotel is very clean. People are nice and warm. "

"The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the hotel is right beside Lake Kivu. The chef even prepared food based on some dietary issues I had. In brief, I could not ask for a better stay. Kudos to all the kind and hardworking people working at this hotel "

"Best place, best staff, bwat food we will come again"

"This is an absolutely beautiful, serene place to stay, you are fully immersed in nature. The lodges are so comfortable and stylish, we slept so well. The food was absolutely delicious. The customer service was excellent. The rooms were spotless, with fabulous lake views. The swimming pool was clean and welcoming in the heat. Lots of activities on offer, you are really cared for. "

"L’attention à chaque détail, tant dans l’accueil, la décoration, les services et activités, la nourriture, est exceptionnelle, rarement vu un niveau pareil ! L’hôtel est niché au milieu d’une splendide plantation de thé, juste en lisière de la jungle. Tout est beau, et encore, nous étions au début de la saison des pluies donc avec quelques orages… mais la magie a opéré avec la visites de dizaines de singes, d’oiseaux multicolores… Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour inoubliable ! "They placed me in a room that reeked of mold and mosquito chemicals. When I requested a different room, the staff sprayed deodorant in the one next to mine—I could hear it clearly. When I asked about it, she confirmed it. That response was both unprofessional and unacceptable. I left the property within minutes, wheezing and with a pounding headache."
