The top floor is wide open and spacious with great room, dining room, kitchen, powder room, and huge screened porch. Outside, there is a large sun deck and a covered deck. Ships Watch is a resort community, just a short stroll from Duck featuring ocean side and sound side upscale homes with community pool, events and a family feel.
