Four additional bedrooms on the mid level, including a bunk room that sleeps up to six children (the kids will fight over it), two queen bedrooms, and one additional king suite with en suite bath. A secondary living lounge with wet bar provides a quieter retreat — perfect for kids' downtime, early risers, or late-night conversations away from the main level. Deck access from this level as well.

Ground Level — Recreation & Pool

A: Soundside Pearl does not permit large events or outside vendors. An event fee may apply. For ceremonies using the Port Trinitie community gazebo, advance coordination with community management is required and availability cannot be guaranteed.
