    Mid Level: 4 Bedrooms (2 w/Queens, 1 w/2 Singles, and 1 w/2 Bunk Sets), 2 Shared Baths w/Tub and Shower, Screen Porch w/Furniture, and Ocean Facing Covered Deck w/Furniture.

    Top Level: Living/Dining/Kitchen Area, Smart TV, DVD, Half Bath, Electric Fireplace, Screen Porch, and 3 Sun Decks w/Furniture.

    Features include: C/AC and Heat, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, 2 ROKU Smart TVs, 8 Premium STARZ Channels, 2 DVDs, Wireless Internet, 3 Ceiling Fans, and Baby Equipment (Highchair).

    No Pets Allowed. No Smoking Allowed.

    Linens can be provided for a fee of $120, Towels can be provided for a fee of $70

    $69 Damage Waiver in sub-total is the premium for an accidental tenant damage insurance policy that covers up to $3000.
