"Only have the pool and hot tub available, the sauna and steam room were down. Other than that, everything from check in to check out was seamless. Love that the floor was not carpet. Love their breakfast options, complementary soup, salad, and drink was a Chefs Kiss. Love the mints on the pillow. The Manager was extra helpful when I checked in, I appreciate that didn’t catch his name, but helped me with my cards issues. We stayed to be able to attend a funeral and this was the best place to stay. Also their restroom by the pool is a moms dream restroom, plenty of space if you have a stroller, the bigger stall has everything you need when changing babies, LOVE IT."

"The surface of this stay is a very nicely landscaped property with clean, separate prefab, mobile homes that serve as the “lodges” throughout. These have been souped up with a heated floor in the shower room and a gas fireplace. We stayed in Lodge 14. The biggest problem is that no staff are on site. You can reach them via text, but there can be quite the delay in receiving an answer or you may receive none at all. You are especially out of luck if you run into a problem “after hours,” which is after 5p. Pros: It was clean Heaters in the shower room were nice Shower was nice Bed was large, though with the usual dips in the mattress A staff member did respond to my text after the first night issues The communal space was quite nice, even though I wasn’t able to experience it all The lodges are well-insulated The location is excellent Cons: The lodge is pretty sterile feeling. It could be greatly improved with art on the walls, rugs... One sink in the lodge for both kitchen & bathroom. Not enough bedding options for temp control The pillows were horrific, huge and hard No bedside lamp on the left side of the main bed My access codes to other parts of the property did not work, and no one responded to me about it. The toilet, which is right next to the main bedroom, has an extremely loud flush The couch was gross-looking This place is cute and convenient. It could be improved with more care and attention to detail. It could also be greatly improved by having staff on site"
